To report a fault online
- Select the type of installation (lighting, traffic sign, traffic light)
- Indicate the location of the fault (preferably using the map below)
- Put the blue marker as best you can on the place where the fault is
- Click the blue pin again to continue
- Describe the fault or provide a mast number (white number on the side of the mast)
- Please leave your contact details. This way we can easily reach you for any queries.
- If everything fits, click "Report".
